This project involved the redesign of the existing digital platform created for Warsaw residents, enabling them to handle official matters easily and intuitively — without the need to visit a government office in person. Through MojaWARSZAWA, users can pay taxes, manage property-related affairs, and access various administrative services online. The platform’s goal is to simplify public service processes, reduce waiting time, and improve accessibility by providing secure and user-friendly digital solutions.

The primary goal was to enhance convenience for Warsaw residents by developing an intuitive digital platform for handling official matters remotely. By digitizing administrative processes, the platform helps residents save time, avoid queues, and get things done more efficiently — while giving the city a more effective tool for managing public services. The project represents a key step toward building a modern, smart city. Its mission is to deliver a digital tool that makes public service access fast, stress-free, and available anytime — empowering residents to focus on what matters most. It supports the vision of a city where urban life is comfortable and engaging with the public sector feels natural and seamless.

Projekt
One of the biggest challenges was working with the platform’s existing backend architecture, which could not be entirely replaced. This required a creative approach to integrating new features with the current structure. Many of the administrative processes were complex and rigid, allowing only limited redesign. Moreover, the project was implemented under tight deadlines, demanding quick decision-making and efficient resource management to deliver a high-quality platform within the specified timeframe.
